  1. Product Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. In case of stock unavailability after order placement, customers will be informed, and alternative options or a full refund will be provided.

  2. Pricing and Payment: Prices listed are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Balaji Sports reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments must be completed at checkout.

  3. Order Processing and Delivery: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location and selected delivery option.

  4. Liability Disclaimer: Balaji Sports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products.

  5. Changes to Policy: Balaji Sports reserves the right to modify the refund, exchange, return policies, and terms and conditions at any time.

Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy

1. Refunds:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for eligible items.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.

  • Certain items, such as customized or personalized items, may be non-refundable.

2. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit or refund may be issued instead.

3. Returns:

  • Return requests can be made within7 days from the purchase date.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some products, including sale items, perishable goods, and items with hygiene concerns, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
